Bayende Victor left Likouala to Sangha division precisely at Ngombe. Once there, he joined his elder brother Bompoma Ikele Ernest a military officer to be recruited at ”Industrie Forestière de Ouesso”. Because he didn’t find a job immediately Bayende Victor found himself involved in big hunting following the advice of a local person. He therefore stole the PMAK weapon of Bompoma while the latter was absent and kept it at his friend Ngakouba Trésor place. During a ranger patrol, Bayende Victor and Ngakouba Trésor were caught in possession of the weapon and 32 (thirty two) war ammunition. Brought before the state prosecutor, both were charged of illegal possession of a war weapon and ammunition and sent to court for trial.
