Abstract
In November 2011, Satoupa Jean Cyr was in his village when he received the visit of one known as Mebeza Alex who was in possession of a PMAK war weapon and two full loaders. Satoupa was recommended to Mebeza by one known as Ziboth Mike Djon alias Gibou for small hunting. Satoupa accepted to do hunting convinced that he could end his misery and earn a lot of money. He did not hesitate to carry out a hunting expedition out of the limit of the natural reserve with the only goal to kill elephants. Satoupa then killed three elephants and freely dispose of trophies and carcasses. On his way back to the village, he was caught by rangers and the weapon was confiscated.
