Abstract
In March 2018, Mesmin Armel Okoko Ndzema the owner of a PMAK war weapon contacted Okengo Constant and one known as Diafranco for a big hunting expedition. All three travelled from Makoua to Ignoli village with three ammunition loaders and the PMAK. At Mambili check point they deviated knowing they had hunting material. During the hunting expedition, Mesmin killed one elephant. Okengo Constant and Diafranco carried the ivory tusks to the place where they were hidding themselves, from where they found a taxi to Makoua. Mesmin Okoko went alone to Makoua to sell the ivory and on his way back he gave XAF 100,000 (one hundred thousand) to Okengo Constant.
