In order to do this, an agent disguised as a buyer and was lodged at the Hotel LIBETA on August 5th 2017, where he had a discussion with Meffire. The latter assured him that he possessed ivories and they both agreed that these ivories be delivered in the hotel at a fixed time. At night Meffire came by the hotel severally without the ivories.
