MOKAMBO Jean Felix declared to have picked up two ivory tusks in OLAM palm oil plantation where he is an employee since 2015. MOUSSOUNGUILA MOUCKETOU Maxime who is a Congolese individual living in Gabon without a resident permit has further declared to have acquired the products from MOKAMBO and MBOUMBA and has contacted a buyer named Marving.
