Abstract
On October 13, 2013, CHEBA Aristide went to Mitsinda village to take his younger brother BIKOU MALESSA Virgil Sadam for a fishing expedition. Two days later they entered in the forest and on October 17 they decided to put their nets inside water. Once at the river, CHEBA Aristide left his brother and went to put his nets a bit far away, on his way he heard a sound in front of him. At the same moment he saw a black figure pulling palm branches with his two arms and he shot thinking that it was a gorilla. Surprisingly he saw his brother lying on the floor near the palm tree.
