Abstract
On December 21, 2020, Kowe Patrick and Ndombi Glenn faced the refusal to comply from Ninga Ndjimbi Didatus Doé, Atadou Esthier Olsen Felix who threatened them with a caliber 12 hunting weapon. Ninga Ndjimbi was running away and threw some ammunition from his weapon on the floor; he then charged the weapon and pointed it on the two agents screaming: ”the one moves forward I shoot” and escaped. On their way back where their vehicle was parked, the water and forests agents took the necessary information from the hunting mates of Ninga before letting them go. They were later on arrested and put under custody before been brought to the State prosecutor.
