Abstract
In November 2018 at Mouila, following an information, BOUBA Ahmadou was arrested by water and forests agents in possession of four ivory tusks in a hotel. During his interrogation, BOUBA Ahmadou declared that he acquired the tusks from his elder brother named ABA based in Libreville and intended to sell those at XAF 70,000 (seventy thousand) per kg.
