Abstract

In January 2004, Mindoula Marien and Dila Hugues left SEKA at night via the ECOFAC site in MIELEKOUKA. There they secretly stole four solar panels belonging to ECOFAC. In February 2004, a PMAK war weapon belonging to ZITAMELE Pamphile, who lives in SEKA village, was given to Mindoula Marien, Dila Hugues and Babayoua Donatien so that they could engage in big game hunting at a time when hunting was declared closed.
