Abstract
During a patrol, rangers caught Mondangue John and Moundele Landry in a taxi at village called Mokouangonda in illegal possession of one war weapon (type PMK, serial number 1975734756) and 180 ammunition while on their way to a hunting expedition. They admitted being in possession of the hunting implements and they were arrested and the materials seized. Their legal record subsequently showed that they have been already prosecuted in the past.

Penalty
Mondangue John and Moundele Landry were sentenced to 12 (twelve) months imprisonment and to pay fines of XAF 150,000 each and to pay court fees. They were also condemned to 08 (eight) months Imprisonment in default of payment of the fines and 03 (three) months for the court fees. No damage because the State of Congo did not file a civil claim.
