Abstract

On the 11th day of march 2015, at around 07.45 hours during city search in Mwanza, the accused was arrested for practicing as a traditional healer without being registered. She was further found in possession of 4 wildebeest tails, 1 piece of grey headed king fisher, two pieces of lion’s skin and one piece of duiker skin. Then the accused was arrested and taken to court. The Court dismissed the case under section 225(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
