Abstract

On the 18 August 2018, during a routine control in Douala (Bonapriso neighbourhood), elements of the Littoral Regional Delegation of Forestry and wildlife, arrested the accused MAHAMA RABIOU red-handed transporting bags of pangolins scales weighing 89 kg in his vehicle. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
