Abstract
On the 4 December 2017, elements of the conservation service of the Lobeke National Park arrested the accused MUSSA HALULU in Socambo flagrante delicto with several boxes containing one hundred and ten (110) African Grey Parrots. The elements proceeded to interrogate the accused and draft his offence report. He acknowledged committing the offences as charged and accepted criminal responsibility. After establishing a seizure report, the birds were freed into nature. Following this, he was forwarded together before the State attorney of the Court of First Instance Yokadouma for prosecution.
