Abstract

On the 23 August 2007, the accused YOUMBISSI Michael was arrested flagrante delicto at Express Union, Bandjoun in possession of a bag containing 01 leopard skin. While being questioned at the time of his arrest, he argued that the bag was given to him by a notable whose name he did not know and who should still be inside Express Union at the time of his arrest. At the end of interrogations, he was transmitted together with the seized item before the State Attorney for prosecution.
