Abstract
Mpendotoubo Guy Anicet was caught red-handed by eco guards in the Lobeke National Park. He was found in possession of a 12 caliber hunting gun and carcasses of blue duikers which he killed during a hunting party conducted without a permit. Till the end of the preliminary investigation, he was unable to present his National Identity Card. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
