Abstract

On the 03 June 2015, in the locality of Edea, BANY Simon was by elements of the conservation service in possession of a chimpanzee skull hidden in a bag he was carrying. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offences as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
