On the morning of April 4, 2018, Bao S. drove a vehicle and received a bunch of parrots delivered by a man and then transported the parrots to a rental house in Tianxin Village, Tengyue Town, Tengchong City. On the morning of April 7, 2018, Bao S. put the parrots packed into three plastic baskets to the cargo department of Tengchong Tuofeng Airport. He used Chen's certificate and submitted the identity certificate of others to the shipping department to handle parrot shipping procedures, and sent three plastic baskets of parrots from Tengchong to Chengdu via Kunming. At 1:00 a.m. on April 8, 2018, the parrots were seized by the public security police at Kunming Changshui International Airport. After the inventory on the spot, a total of 146 parrots were found in three plastic baskets. The parrots were identified as the Alexandrine parrot, which was under second class state protection and listed in Appendix II of CITES, worth 1.46 million yuan.
