They conducted hunting separately and handed over the pheasants to Changsheng F. Among them, Zhongmin W.

Since 2017, Chengjian Z. and Bin W. had purchased ivory products online. In 2019, Chengjian Z. funded Bin W. to buy two ivory from the Internet. Later, Chengjian Z. wanted to sell the ivory, and Bin W. helped contact the buyer.
The defendants Danyan J., Guohua W. and Jinxia S. charged felony counts of illegally hunting wild animals (first instance)
From April to July 2018, Danyan J., Guohua W. and Jinxia S. drove several times to Shaowu and Wuyi Mountain to hunt birds. Among them, Danyan J. and Guohua W. were responsible for shooting birds, and Jinxia S. was responsible for driving and selling birds at a price ranging from 15 yuan to 50 yuan to many restaurants and individuals.
The defendant Dingbiao X. charged felony counts of covering up or concealing crime-related income (first instance)
From May to July 2018, Dingbiao X. illegally purchased wild heron birds at a price ranging from 40 yuan to 50 yuan from Sun (sentenced) and others, and the birds were used in restaurants to process into dishes for customers. Dingbiao X. paid 4160 yuan for the purchase of wild birds (dead bodies) to Sun through Wechat transfer seven times.
The defendants Weitai W. and Yuejing P. charged felony counts of smuggling threatened and endangered wildlife and products (appellate case)
In order to obtain illegal income, Weitai W. carried 15 tiger teeth, 4 tiger paws, 4 leopard teeth and 4 pieces of rhino horns on June 25, 2015, led by Yuejing P. illegally entering by boat from Vietnam's old street Zhongyuehe River to China's Hekou County "Yitiaoban" (place name), want to sell above products to others.

On April 2, 2018, without the approval of the provincial government's wildlife protection department, Wen Y. and Yuanqing R. negotiated to buy a macaque from others for consumption.
