It is alleged that the accused person on 11 January 2015 in Pahi Village, Kondoa District, Dodoma Region, was found in possession of two pieces of elephant tusks weighing 5.10 kilograms, and two leopard skins without permit. The accused person was found guilty.
Sometimes on 9th October, 2013 at Mnyamasi village within Mpanda District in Katavi Region the accused persons were arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. Then brought before the court to answer the charge. The first accused was acquitted and the second accused was convicted.
On 10th October, 2013 at Muze village within Mlele District in Katavi region the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. A charge was brought before the court for accused person to answer. The accused was acquitted.
Both three accused were arrested on 23rd August 2013 at Msimba Village within Kilosa District Morogoro region. They were found in possession of the Government trophy and were arrested and charged at Kilosa District Court.
The two accused persons on different material dates and different occasions were caught in possession of government trophies. The two on 29/10/2013 at Ngokoro area within Shinyanga region was found in possession of one piece of leopard skin.
On August 20, 2013, the defendant Jiang Yuanhua took a flight from Nairobi, Kenya, via Incheon Airport, South Korea, to Weihai, China. He hid 6 ivories, 17 ivory bracelets, 29 ivory stamps, and 11 ivory necklaces 2 pieces of leopard skin in his luggage premeditated to sell in China for profit.
In March 2017, the defendant Mibo L. purchased two chameleons from the defendant Xin Q. at a price of RMB 200 each. In April 2017, Mibo L. purchased a python from Xin Q. for RMB 500. On June 13, 2017, the defendant Luo Mibo posted a photo through the WeChat Moments, and then sold a leopard claw nail pendant to the defendant Cai S.
In April 2014, Wei S. joined Maanshan Branch of Anhui Post Courier Logistics Co., Ltd. and informed Jun W. that he was responsible for the delivery. Jun W. purchased ivory from Japan, Ethiopia and other countries for many times, fabricated the recipient information according to the area Wei S.
On October 13, 2017, Water and Forets administration officials were informed that individuals residing in the towns of Ndendé and Mouila were killing, possessing, transporting and trading in trophies of fully protected animal species and that a transaction of the so-called products was to be made in a hotel in Mouila on 16 October 2017.
On February 15, 2015, DISSOUKILA MAGOUMA was going to the forest to cut down his palm trees came across a panther that he killed with his gun. The following day he came back to the place to skin the animal and remove several trophies including the skin and teeth.
