The Accused was found in a wildlife protected area without permission and was in possession of wildlife protected species and devices capable of killing, injuring and capturing wildlife protected species contrary to the laws of the country. On 7/9/2018, accused illegally entered a wildlife conservation area of Murchison Falls National Park with devices capable of killing and injuring wildlife protected species to wit one spear. Accused was also found in possession of bush meat without a license to wit, four pieces of smoked meat of Uganda Kob.
