FFGC had an orchard in the town of Les Bons (Encamp), with a house where chickens and rabbits were housed. In January 2012, FFGC found that a wild animal had made a hole under the fence and killed 7 chickens. She decided to place a trap to capture the wild animal.

On November 3 1987, the People's Procuratorate of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province instituted a public prosecution in the Intermediate People's Court of Guangzhou City against the defendants, Chen Yonglin and Chen Zupei, on charges of smuggling of giant panda pelt.

On the 21 September 1987, the accused ZAMBO AWOUNOU was summoned to appear before the Court of First Instance Djoum to respond to charges of illegal detention of the remains and trophies of protected animals species and illegal killing or capturing of protected animal species.

On the 21 September 1987, the accused NOAH was summoned to appear before the Court of First Instance Djoum to respond to charges of poaching protected animal species. That in the month of July 1987, Noah was found in illegal detention of the remains of protected animals species, either killed or captured during a period when hunting is closed.

The accused AWOUNDI Jean was summoned by the State Attorney to respond to charges of killing protected animal species. That on the 16 June 1998, the accused killed protected animal species in the locality of Mintom, in a zone prohibited from hunting.

Following a preliminary investigation by the State Attorney of the Court of First Instance, Djoum the accused OHANDJA LEBONGO was summoned to respond to charges of poaching protected animal species.

On the 02 June 1997, the accused NYANGONO Marie Sylvie was summoned to appear before the Court to respond to charges of illegal killing of protected animal species. That in the month of March 1987, she was arrested during a routine control check by elements of the gendarmerie brigade and the chief of the forestry post in Oveng.

The accused AWOUNDI Jean Claude was found guilty of poaching by the Court of First Instance, Djoum, as per a judgement in default. He was sentenced to six (06) months imprisonment and to pay costs. He rightly contested the judgement which was admitted by the Court.

The accused ABANDA AGBOR was summoned to appear before the Court of First Instance Djoum to answer charges for the killing of protected animal species without a hunting permit in Mintom in a zone prohibited from hunting. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.

The accused persons ADAMOU HANAWA and BOUBA OUMAROU were summoned to appear before the court of first instance Djoum to respond to charges of illegal killing of protected animal species in a zone prohibited from hunting without a hunting permit and concealment the 01 December 1988 in Lele.
