On August 20, 2013, the defendant Jiang Yuanhua took a flight from Nairobi, Kenya, via Incheon Airport, South Korea, to Weihai, China. He hid 6 ivories, 17 ivory bracelets, 29 ivory stamps, and 11 ivory necklaces 2 pieces of leopard skin in his luggage premeditated to sell in China for profit.

In March 2017, the defendant Mibo L. purchased two chameleons from the defendant Xin Q. at a price of RMB 200 each. In April 2017, Mibo L. purchased a python from Xin Q. for RMB 500. On June 13, 2017, the defendant Luo Mibo posted a photo through the WeChat Moments, and then sold a leopard claw nail pendant to the defendant Cai S.

In order to obtain illegal income, Weitai W. carried 15 tiger teeth, 4 tiger paws, 4 leopard teeth and 4 pieces of rhino horns on June 25, 2015, led by Yuejing P. illegally entering by boat from Vietnam's old street Zhongyuehe River to China's Hekou County "Yitiaoban" (place name), want to sell above products to others.
