On 12.05.2001 at Mirerani village within Simanjiro District in Manyara Region the accused person was found in unlawful possession of government trophy to wit, antelope meat property of the government of Tanzania. The accused person was found not guilty and was therefore acquitted.

In June 2016, Bicheng C. retrieved the four steel wire sleeves found when he was collecting medicine on the mountain, and placed them in the woods of the back mountain for hunting wild animals. In July of the same year, Bicheng C. discovered that the previously placed steel wire sleeve had captured a black bear and it was dead.
The defendants Hongying Z. and Siping Q. purchased ivory and bird products by express delivery from Guangzhou without legal procedures, and sold them in their store at No. 73, Xianwen Lane, Guangyi Street, Gucheng District, Lijiang City.
On March 12, 2019, the police of the Criminal Investigation Brigade of the Yingjiang County Public Security Bureau arrested the defendant Jin in her home in Yingjiang County, and on the spot seized a suspected red deer antler (with a bone), 2 suspected rhino horn, 7 suspected wild animal nails, and so on.
From 2015 to 2017, the defendant Donghui G. successively purchased wild animal products such as bear paws and monkey bones in Luding, Shimian and other places, and hid in a house she rented on the third floor of No. 5, Group 6, Xiaoshui Village, Anshun Township, Shimian County.
In March 2017, the defendant Mibo L. purchased two chameleons from the defendant Xin Q. at a price of RMB 200 each. In April 2017, Mibo L. purchased a python from Xin Q. for RMB 500. On June 13, 2017, the defendant Luo Mibo posted a photo through the WeChat Moments, and then sold a leopard claw nail pendant to the defendant Cai S.
