At 18:00 on January 4, 2017, the defendant Li called Yan and Xu respectively, saying that he had a small caliber rifle, and proposed to hunt in the mountain that night. Yan and Xu agreed. At about 19 o'clock, Li carried the small-caliber rifle, 6 bullets and a lamp, and Xu drove Yan's car, went to a forest farm for hunting.
During the period from November 2 to November 12, 2014, the defendants Hongwei C., Lidong S. and Tiezhuang L. have successively been at the 8 km of the 1-0 main line, 13 km of the 1-5 line and 13 km of the 1-2 line of the Amur Forestry Bureau, catching 11 rabbits (Mountain hare (Lepus timidus)), which were seized by public security organs.
