The Accused was arrested at Kaburara in Kasese District and taken to Kasese police and was later transferred to Kampala CPS.
The Accused were arrested at Gulu Main Market in Gulu municipality and were transferred to Kampala CPS. The Accused were found to be in possession of specimen belonging to animals categorized as protected species contrary to the laws of the country.
