The defendant has pleaded guilty to a charge that he did unlawfully traffic in dead wildlife or a part thereof contrary to the Wildlife Act. A conservation officer was introduced to a person who would sell the officer bald eagle parts.

In violation of the state regulations on the protection of rare and endangered wild animals, defendants Aimin Z., Nan L., Jie W., Dongdong H., Dalin H., Zhi W., Jiangtao G., Xiyuan L., Gao W., Zhengwen L., Yu D., Jing T., Xueyi W., Tengyan Xu., and Shuo Ch.

On August 3, 2015, the appellant Liao Moumou and Lin 1 working in Madagascar agreed that Lin 1 airlifted the turtle with two suitcases to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. After delivery, Lin 1 paid RMB 15,000 yuan.
