In violation of the state regulations on the protection of rare and endangered wild animals, defendants Aimin Z., Nan L., Jie W., Dongdong H., Dalin H., Zhi W., Jiangtao G., Xiyuan L., Gao W., Zhengwen L., Yu D., Jing T., Xueyi W., Tengyan Xu., and Shuo Ch.
Ke C.'s father left a gun after his death. Later, Ke C. purchased a sight to modify the gun and purchased 300 bullets for hunting. From mid-December 2016 to January 5, 2017, Ke C. drove with gun into the Dahuangshan Nature Reserve several times, hunted three rock sheep, and slaughtered them with the knife he carried.
From October 2010 to December 2011, the defendant Gensheng W. illegally hunted and killed nine wild animals by using wire ropes and other tools in the area of Huoshaoliang (place name) in Yenigou, Quwa Township, Zhouqu County. It was also found that between October 2010 and December 2011, Gensheng W. hunted down three blue sheep.
From January 21, 2011 to January 28, 2015, the defendants Wanhong Y., Guangxue W., Mingzhi W., Xiquan L.and Tianzhon M.entered the Ningxia Helan Mountain Nature Reserve seven times with firearms to hunt the blue sheep, and shipped the sheep back.A total of 15 blue sheep were hunted by them. On one day in May 2013, the defendant Tianzhon M.
