In violation of the state regulations on the protection of rare and endangered wild animals, defendants Aimin Z., Nan L., Jie W., Dongdong H., Dalin H., Zhi W., Jiangtao G., Xiyuan L., Gao W., Zhengwen L., Yu D., Jing T., Xueyi W., Tengyan Xu., and Shuo Ch.
From January to March 1, 2018, the defendant Yuzhen Y. and the appellant Zhengrong S. met each other, and agreed to hunt and kill Alpine vulture. A total of 22 Alpine vultures were caught, and 18 of them were slaughtered.
