The Accused was found to be in possession of wildlife protected species contrary to the laws of the country. The Accused was charged and prosecuted at the Chief Magistrate Court of Bushenyi at Rubirizi.

On 7/9/2018, accused illegally entered a wildlife conservation area of Murchison Falls National Park with devices capable of killing and injuring wildlife protected species to wit one spear. Accused was also found in possession of bush meat without a license to wit, four pieces of smoked meat of Uganda Kob.

The Accused was found in a wildlife protected area without permission and was in possession of wildlife protected species contrary to the laws of the country. The Accused was charged and prosecuted at the Chief Magistrate Court of Nwoya at Amuru.
