From 2009 to July 2015, without obtaining the license issued by the wildlife management department, Zhaofeng C., together with Baocai Y. and Wang, illegally purchased rare and endangered wild animals and their products, such as pangolins, monitor lizards and bear paws, from Jianping L., Chunhua L. and others.
In March 2019, Zhaopan H. phoned Ganmaqilin to discuss the purchase of bear paw and bear gall and transferred RMB 50,000 to Ganmaqilin through bank transfer. On January 22, 2013, Xianjin G. purchased a wild goat from Pan at a price of 800 yuan. The wild goat was found and seized from Xianjin G.'s house.
From the beginning of December to December 31, 2010, Hejun M. (sentenced), a resident of Heihe City, purchased bear paws in a Russian city, and thanks to Голиков Антон Вадимович he used the ship Snow Leopard to enter and exit the Sino-Russian border port to transport bear paws to Heihe port. Later, the three defendants went up the mountain and found that a black bear had been caught by wire sleeve and was dead.
In August 2012, the defendants Zhao S. and Shun S. operated the "Jinxingyuan Seafood" restaurant on Jianshe West Road in Xinyang City. The defendant Jibao Z. was the chef of the seafood restaurant. At 16:00 on November 12, 2012, at the entrance of the hotel, the restaurant used a musket to kill a crocodile purchased by Zhao S.
