On February 4, 2018, Yutao G. and Xingjuan W. sold three suspected bear galls to Jianghui Y. at a price of 1800 yuan each, and later Jianghui Y. sold them to Huang. After identification, two of them were bear galls. On February 6, 2018, Yutao G.

In October of the lunar calendar in 2014, Yibing H. purchased a dead body of black bear from others, and then commissioned Fatian D. to sell it. In the first half of 2016, Faguo D. and Fatian D. negotiated to do a wildlife business together. Fatian D. was responsible for purchase and sale. Faguo D.

In June 2016, Bicheng C. retrieved the four steel wire sleeves found when he was collecting medicine on the mountain, and placed them in the woods of the back mountain for hunting wild animals. From 2015 to 2017, the defendant Donghui G. successively purchased wild animal products such as bear paws and monkey bones in Luding, Shimian and other places, and hid in a house she rented on the third floor of No. 5, Group 6, Xiaoshui Village, Anshun Township, Shimian County.

On August 3, 2015, the appellant Liao Moumou and Lin 1 working in Madagascar agreed that Lin 1 airlifted the turtle with two suitcases to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. After delivery, Lin 1 paid RMB 15,000 yuan.

In March 2017, the defendant Mibo L. purchased two chameleons from the defendant Xin Q. at a price of RMB 200 each. In April 2017, Mibo L. purchased a python from Xin Q. for RMB 500. On June 13, 2017, the defendant Luo Mibo posted a photo through the WeChat Moments, and then sold a leopard claw nail pendant to the defendant Cai S.

In June 2016, the defendant, Bicheng C., retrieved the four steel wire sets found during the medicine collection on the mountain and placed them in the woods behind the mountain of Caijia Wuchang, Group 4, Heyu Township, Chengkou County, Chongqing City for hunting wild animals. In July of the same year, Bicheng C.

During the operation of food store, Zichun K., for the sake of profit, transported and sold products of endangered wild animals under the state's protection. At 12 o'clock on March 10, 2017, the public security organ inspected the store.
