The Accused was arrested at Kaburara in Kasese District and taken to Kasese police and was later transferred to Kampala CPS.

The Accused was arrested at Ishasha cell, Nyanga parish Kanungu District. The Accused was charged and prosecuted at the Chief Magistrate Court of Kampala at Buganda Road.
