Accused person illegally entered a wildlife conservation area in Bravo Delta within Murchison Falls national park and upon arrest was found in possession of one spear and five knives, devices capable of causing injury to wildlife species.

The Accused was found in a protected area without an entry permit and was found in possession of devices capable of killing, injuring and capturing wildlife protected species contrary to the laws of the country. The Accused was charged and prosecuted at the Chief Magistrate Court of Nwoya at Nwoya.
