Sometimes on 24th October, 2007 at Kaponda village within Mpanda District in Rukwa region the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. A charge was brought before the court for accused person to answer. The accused was convicted.

On 16th April, 2015 the accused person was arraigned of unlawful possession of government trophy. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused was convicted.

Accused Juma Grayson, Geofrey Semkoko and Salim Kigoda were arrested and charged for being found in unlawful possession of Government trophies contrary to the provision of the law. They were all charged at the Pangani District Court for the same offence.

The accused were jointly found in possession of buffalo meat and fourteen (14) ammunitions without a permit. During their charges they both pleaded not guilty.

On 10th October, 2013 at Muze village within Mlele District in Katavi region the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. A charge was brought before the court for accused person to answer. The accused was acquitted.

On 11th May, 2010 at Mlangale village the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of firearm without a license. Also accused person was in unlawful possession of government trophies and ammunition. A charge brought before the court for accused to answer. The accused was convicted.

On 17th April, 2008 at Rukwa Lukwati Forest Reserve within Mpanda District the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused was convicted.

That on 17th April, 2008 at Masage village within Mpanda District in Rukwa region the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. Also was found with unlawful possession of firearm. A charge was brought before the court for accused person to answer. The accused was convicted.

On 9th October, 2013 at Mnyamasi area at Vikonge village within Mpanda District in Katavi Region, the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophy. He was therefore charged with an economic crime and wildlife conservation. The accused was convicted.

That on 8th December, 2011 at Itumba area within Mpanda District in Rukwa region the accused persons were arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. Also the accused persons were found in unlawful possession of two muzzle gun and ammunitions. A charge was brought before the court for accused persons to answer.
