Abstract
Aiming G. operated the acquisition business in Shilou County, Shanxi Province without the business license, and illegally purchased 1 yellow-throated marten and other species with a total of 1,650 wild animals. Aiming G. would ship them to Xuzhou for profit. After identification, the yellow-throated marten was under second class state protection with a value of RMB 4,175; 1,650 wild animals were listed in the "National List of Terrestrial Wild Animals for Beneficial or Important Economic and Scientific Research", and the total value of them was RMB 99,100. Aiming G. confessed to having illegally transported rare and endangered wild animals and done illegal business.
