Abstract

Without the approval of the forestry department, Xu Hanzhou purchased wild animals from the towns and villages in the surrounding counties and districts and raised them at his residence in No. 21, Dazhong Alley, Babu District, Hezhou City. He then took the purchased wild animals to Hezhou City for profit. At 7 a.m. on January 11, 2014, the Hezhou Forest Public Security Bureau seized the wild animals being sold by Xu Hanzhou at the door of Guidong Rural Cooperative Bank, and then seized a batch of wild animals at the Xu Hanzhou residence.
