Abstract

On February 6, 2015, the defendant Min H. flew to Shanghai Pudong International Airport on flight ET684, and chose to go through the non-declaration channel when entering the country, and did not declare any items to the customs. During the on-site inspection of the luggage carried by Min H., the customs officer of the Airport Customs Travel Inspection Office seized one ivory, 26 ivory products and a large number of pangolin scales in the suitcase she carried. Min H. confessed to having illegal imported ivories and pangolin scales.
