Abstract
Qun C. began to domesticate and breed wild animals such as peacocks in 2010. In July 2015, using the rented land and greenhouses in Xishan District, Wuxi City, he raised poultry, domesticated peacocks and other wild animals, but did not apply for a wild animal breeding license. In May and June 2016, Qun C. purchased 7 red-bellied golden pheasants through Feng. On August 21, 2017, Agriculture and Forestry Bureau cooperated with the village to comprehensively rectify livestock and poultry farming. Qun C. took the initiative to confess the facts of breeding golden pheasant. Qun C. confessed to having illegally purchased threatened and endangered wildlife species.
