In November 2015, Zhijun L. contacted the certificate-issuing staff through the certificate-issuing advertisement on the outer wall of the door of the Sihaiyiping Hotel. He held the original and copy of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Wildlife Domestication and Reproduction License No. 2013-022 (whose legal representative was Mianlian Q.) issued by the Wild Animal and the original and copy of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Wild Animals and Products Management and Processing License No. 2013-031, and gave them to the certificate-issuing staff.
