Abstract

On March 3, 2017, in order to hunt wild animals for consumption, Jun R. invited Xiaolin L., Xiaorong L. and Jianhong H. to go hunting in Changba Village, Shizhi Town, Fengdu County. Jun R. carried an air gun to hunt and pick up prey, Jianhong H. drove, Xiaorong L. was responsible for picking up the prey, and Xiaolin L. cheered the air gun. The four defendants hunted 2 owls and 1 turtledove and 1 pheasant. Jun R., Xiaolin L., Xiaorong L. and Jianhong H. confessed to having illegally hunted threatened and endangered wildlife species.
