Abstract
Since 2010, Xinbao W. had illegally purchased, processed and sold ivory products for profit. After the incident, the public security organ seized a large amount of ivory products, ivory granules, etc. totaling 3.4 kg in Xinbao W.'s home. After appraisal, the above items are owned by Asian elephants or African elephants, and the value of the case involved was 146042.835 yuan. Xinbao W. and Xinkuan W. confessed to having illegally purchased and sold endangered wildlife products, and Shiqing G. confessed to having illegally sold endangered wildlife products.
