In July 2013, after contacting buyers who bought parrots, Zhu Zeli proposed to Gorong and Yongzhong to go to Batang to catch parrots. The three of them bought nails for crime-making tools in Yajiang and arrived at Batang. The parrot nest stepped on the spot, and then Zuzari and Gerong hunted 35 parrots on a mountain in Cuosongrong Village, Batang County, using pre-prepared axes and nails, and gave them to Yongzhong for feeding. On July 23, 2013, the defendants Zhu Zeli and Yong Zhong were ready to sell the hunted parrots to Chengdu and were arrested by the public security authorities when they passed through Batangzola Township. On the same day, the accused was arrested by the public security organ. Zeli Z., Rong G. And Zhong Y. confessed to having illegally catched or killed precious and endangered species of wildlife.
