Abstract
In 2019, NGUIMBI Francis was clearing a plantation in Gamba, he allegedly found at the foot of a tree stump, a bag containing nine (09) ivory tusks, that's when he decided to keep them, before going to Tchibanga to hand them over to his little brother, waiting to find a buyer. A year later, the latter, without news of his brother and aware of the ban linked to this product, decided to inform the competent authorities, and Nguimbi subsequently arrested. Interrogated, Nguimbi admitted having been in possession of the tusks and added that he strongly wanted to sell them because he was badly looking for money.
