Abstract
As part of their monitoring mission in Nouabélé Ndoki Park and to combat poaching, the eco-guards surprised the group led by Abdoul Amine with hunting rifles at the edge of the park on 17 December 2010.

Abdoul Amine, Zenzi Henri and Monzazi Gabriel were sentenced to 7 months firm imprisonment and to pay XAF 100000 (one hundred thousand) as fines. The accused were sentenced to pay XAF 500000 (five hundred thousand) as damages and interest. The accused were sentenced to pay the costs. The imprisonment per body was fixed to 1 month for the recovery of fines, to 1 month for court fees and to 3 months for damages and interest.
