Abstract
On 10 November 2018, during a routine operation, the Anti-Poaching Monitoring and Control Unit in Mokabi Dzanga suspected a box of hunting cartridges on the motorbike of Bobinda Boris Symphorien, who was travelling towards CAR Road. He refused to stop, whereupon the environmentalists called the police and followed him to his house. When the police arrived on the scene, they found a box of cartridges and searched the home. During the operation, several boxes of cartridges were seized and sealed.

Penalty
Bobinda Romain Symphorien was sentenced to XAF 150000 (one hundred fifty thousand) as fines. The accused was sentenced to pay XAF 200000 ( two hundred thousand) as damages and interest. The accused was sentenced to pay the cots. The imprisonment in default was fixed to two months for the recovery of courts fees and fines and two months for damages and interest.
