Bekpe Paterne Fiacre was sentenced to 24 months firm imprisonment and XAF 300000 (three hundred thousand) as fines and to pay as damages and interest XAF 1000000 (one million). The accused was sentenced to pay the costs. The imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to twenty days for the recovery of fines, ten days for court fees and three months for the recovery of damages and interest.
