On August 19, 2011, Mboyi Denis, a Central African resident in Nola (RCA) was arrested by a patrol of eco-guards in the Nouabélé Ndoki National Park in possession of a homemade weapon and metal cables to set traps.

The imprisonment per body was fixed to 3 months for the recovery of fines, 12 months for damages and interest and 30 months for court fees.
