Togouolo Rigobert was sentenced to 5 years firm imprisonment and XAF 5000000 (five millions) as fines. An arrest warrant was established against Togouolo Rigobert. Demba Jean Christian was sentenced to 2 years firm imprisonment and XAF 100000 (one hundred thousand) as fines. The accused were sentenced to pay XAF 1000000 (one million) jointly as damages and interest. The accused were sentenced to pay the costs. The imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to ten days for the court fees, twenty days for fines and three months for damages and interest.
