Abstract

In March 2010, the wildlife and protected areas services of the Likouala forest economy department, together with the Impfondo gendarmerie services, arrested Ebongo Antoine who was in possession of two ivory tips which he claimed to have bought from a DRC national.

The Public Prosecutor’s ordered the destruction of the seals. The imprisonment per body was fixed to 30 days for the recovery of fines, 20 days for court fees.
