Eboungou Itoua Claver was sentenced to 3 years firm imprisonment and to pay XAF 100000 ( one hundred thousand) as fines. An arrest warrant was established against him. The accused was sentenced to pay XAF 100000 ( one hundred thousand) as damages and interest. The Public Prosecutor’s ordered the confiscation of seals consisting of the two skins and scales of a giant pangolin for the benefit of the Congolese State The accused was sentenced to pay the costs. The imprisonment in default was fixed to the maximum.
